Green beans with garlic

Ingredients

  0,25 cup vegetable oil
  8 large cloves garlic
  1,5 pounds green beans
  1 tsp salt
  3 tbsp rice vinegar
  1 tbsp grated ginger
  2 tbsp sesame seeds
  1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  Slice garlic into thin slices, cut the beans into pieces approx. 1 inch long.
  
  Using a small skillet, heat canola oil. Fry sliced garlic on a high heat for 15-20 seconds, until golden, Remove the garlic and put it on a kitchen towel to remove the excess oil. Pour 2 tbsp of the oil into a large skillet and set it on a medium heat.
  
  Add beans, 2/3 cups of water and salt to the skillet. Increase the heat to medium-high. Bring to boil and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the beans are tender-crisp. Add rice vinegar and ginger, cook for 1 minute more. Stir in sesame seeds and sesame oil, transfer to a serving place and top with garlic.
