  1 cup flour
  3 g dry yeast
  0,5 tsp sugar
  0,5 tsp salt

  7 oz ready-made pizza sauce
  0,25 pound olives
  0,25 pound preserved mushrooms
0,2 pound shrimps, defrosted is necessary
0,1 pound mussels, defrosted is necessary
  0,5 pound shredded cheese
  oregano

Instructions

First prepare the dough. Warm the water to lukewarm temperature, or until it is a bit warmer then your hand. Add sugar, salt and yeast, mix to combine. Add flour and mix well, until a smooth dough forms. You should be able to roll it out, add water or flour is necessary. Let stand for 2-3 hours. The dough should at least double in size and become bubbly. If it starts to wrinkle and fall, roll out immediately.

Preheat the oven to 570 F or the highest setting of your oven. Roll out the dough into a thin circle. Spread the dough with pizza sauce, leaving approx. 0,5 inch border. Top with olives, mushrooms, shimps and mussels. Top with shredded cheese and sprinkle with oregano. Let rest for 10-15 minutes.

Bake in the bottom half of the oven for approx. 10 minutes, being careful not to burn the toppings. The pizza is ready when the crust is golden-brown.
