Banana and blueberry smoothie
1.5 cups plain yogurt
4 oz blueberries, fresh or frozen
Peel and halve the bananas. Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add bananas and blueberries and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
If using frozen blueberries, defrost them for a warmer and more liquid smoothie, use frozen blueberries for creamier smoothie closer to ice cream.
